The Velvet Lounge

Located just past the Grand Lobby on the mezzanine level, the Velvet Lounge offers a chic and eclectic hideaway, perfect for a lounge-style event. This space is equipped with a private bar, an optional dance area, and even a disco ball, setting the stage for an unforgettable party. Enjoy a night dancing to your favorite DJ tunes while indulging in tailor-made cocktails. Enhance the atmosphere further with a classic movie projection or your personalized slideshow.

The Crystal Dining Room

Discover the elegance of the Crystal Dining Room, an ideal private space for dinners, cocktail parties, afternoon teas, or wedding ceremonies. Dramatic lofty ceilings adorned with crystal chandeliers beautifully contrast with the cozier rear space, while the original black and white checkerboard marble floor complements the hotel’s authentic décor. The Parisian Room

The Parisian Room is our largest and most versatile space on the Gallery Level and is wonderful for presentations, luncheons, and artist exhibitions. This beautiful space directly connects to both The Studio and Mr. Culver’s Office.

This quaint and versatile corner room overlooks the renowned Culver Studios and features a pop-up bar upon request. It can connect to the larger Parisian Room for additional space as needed.

Harry Culver’s original office sits perfectly at the tip of our architectural flatiron. Character-filled with its own powder room, this noteworthy space is well suited for smaller meetings, photoshoots, or a bridal dressing room.

The Vault

Once housing film reels, documents, and gold bars, Mr. Culver’s walk-in safe has been cleverly reinvented as a fun pop-up bar for memorable cocktail experiences. The Vault is one of our favorite hidden spots.

With seven event spaces, both indoor and outdoor, the hotel supports a wide range of events—such as dinners, weddings, showers, social events, board meetings, creative retreats, panel discussions, intimate workshops, cocktail receptions, and art salons. Spaces are thoughtfully designed for both corporate and lifestyle gatherings.

What venue options are available for meetings and events?

Event venues include the Crystal Dining Room and Private Dining Patio for private dining options, the Grand Lobby for receptions or galas, the Velvet Lounge, for cocktail parties, the Parisian Room and Studio for weddings, and Mr. Culvers Office for corporate meetings. Each space offers flexible layouts and vintage character, including the original office of Harry Culver!

How many guests can be accommodated per event?

Depending on the setup, spaces can accommodate from 10 to around 350 people. For tailored configurations—audience, theater style, ceremony, or seated dinner—the event team can recommend the best layout for your event.

Is onsite catering available?

Yes. All food and beverage for meetings is provided by The Culver Hotel Bar & Restaurant. Menus are fully customizable with options for plated meals, family style, buffet, cocktail receptions, or grazing stations.

Are overnight stays available for event attendees?

Absolutely. Event guests have the option to book rooms at the hotel for a special event rate. Group bookings can include room blocks and rate guarantees to accommodate your itinerary.

Does the hotel provide AV and tech support?

Yes. The hotel can support basic audiovisual requirements including Wi‑Fi, microphones, speakers, monitors, and projection systems. Additional technology or hybrid event setups can be coordinated via our trusted vendor.
