Terms & Conditions

Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include taxes and gratuities unless otherwise indicated. All prices quoted are per room, per night, in US dollars, and are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Please note, prices may change without notice. Additional charges will apply to parties of 3 or more, with the exception of children twelve and under. Maximum occupancy will vary from 2 to 4 persons per room based on room type.

Offers are not applicable to groups, room blocks, nor are they combinable with other special offers or promotions. Blackout dates, day of arrival, and length of stay restrictions may apply and may vary by arrival date. Special pre-paid offers and promotions are non-refundable and non-amendable.

Payment Policy
A credit or debit card guarantee is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. At check-in, we will authorize your card for room and tax for the number of nights of your stay plus $100 towards incidentals. You will only be billed for actual charges and any unused amount authorized will be released at the time of check-out and may take two to four days to process for credit cards, and up to ten days for debit cards according to your bank’s policy. If you provide a debit card, the actual funds will be deducted from your bank account immediately. We are unable to return cash for unused amounts therefore we recommend that you do not use a debit card at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Any reservations booked through our website directly can be cancelled online at the Manage Booking tab or by contacting Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the 3 pm check-in time on your date of arrival will be charged one-night room and tax. Special pre-paid offers and promotions are non-refundable and non-changeable. For non-refundable reservations cancelled due to a local or federal emergency, you will be refunded in full.
