Le Pamplemousse. Summer Cocktail
We’re celebrating the re-opening of our garden restaurant, Le Jardin, with this citrusy summer classic. Whether you enjoy it on our patio or yours, salut!
2 oz. Cyrano Armagnac
½ oz. grapefruit liqueur
1½ oz. grapefruit juice
½ oz. lime juice
1 oz. Q Spectacular Grapefruit Soda
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the Armagnac, grapefruit liqueur, grapefruit juice and lime juice into the shaker. Shake until froth forms on top. Pour into a chilled martini glass and add the grapefruit soda. Garnish with one circular slice of lime.
