Offers are not applicable to groups, nor combinable with other special offers or promotions. Cancellations and changes must be done in writing or via the phone. In case of cancellation past the cancellation period, or non-arrival on the day of reservation (no-show), your credit card will be charged for one night’s room plus tax. This card charge is a penalty and not a payment, it is not possible to occupy the room. For non-refundable reservations cancelled due to a local or federal emergency, you will be refunded in full. Rates and Offers Our rates are based on double occupancy and do not include taxes and gratuities. All prices quoted are starting rates only, per room, per night, in US dollars, and are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Please note, prices may change without notice. Additional charges will apply to parties of 3 or more, with the exception of children twelve and under. Maximum occupancy will vary from 2 to 4 persons per room based on room type. Certain blackout dates, day of arrival and length of stay restrictions may apply, and may vary by arrival date. Our offers are not applicable to groups, room blocks of five or more, nor are they combinable with other special offers or promotions.
Payment Policy A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. A credit card or debit card is required at the time of check-in for incidentals. At the time of check -in we will authorize your card for room and tax for the number of nights of your stay plus $100 per day towards incidentals. You will only be billed for actual charges and any unused amount authorized will be released at the time of check out and may take two to four days to process for credit cards and up to ten days for debit cards according to your bank’s policy. If you provide a debit card, the actual funds will be deducted from your bank account immediately. We are unable to return cash for unused amounts therefore we recommend that you do not use a debit card at check in.
